Nissan Philippines has updated the Nissan X-Trail to depart from its old boxy design that Filipinos knew. Even with its new sleek and stylish design, it's still distinctively a Nissan in every way, sporting a wide ‘V’ shape grille and daytime running lamps to make every drive a visual experience.

Under the Nissan X-Trail's hood is either a 2.0-liter gasoline engine that produces 142 hp and 200 Nm of torque coupled to Nissan’s XTronic continuously variable transmission (CVT) or a 2.5-liter engine producing up to 168 hp and 233 Nm of torque.
